The Basics of Truck Bed Liners

While there are many different types of after-market bed liners you can put into your truck, it might make more sense to get something from the dealership. That way, your truck will be ready to get work done right when you drive off the lot.

There are two main types of bed liners. Drop-in liners, as the name suggests, are physically dropped into place. They're bolted down so they won't shift positions, and they're usually made out of a hard, durable plastic. They can protect your truck from minor damage as you load and unload items. A step up from that is a spray-in liner, which is permanently attached to your truck. These are usually made with anti-slip coating and have more of a professional quality to them.
